Q: Are the Pacifica and/or Sunset hotels all inclusive?

A: YES!!! A full list of amenities across Pacifica & Sunset hotels will be shared closer to the date, but you won’t be disappointed 🏝️

Q: Are there any stipulations booking hotels in the wedding block?

A: There is a 3-night minimum when booking either hotel through the official room block link.
A: There is a strict 3-person maximum for rooms at the Pacifica.
- ‘Deluxe’ rooms come with 2 beds, but there are many options w/2 beds outside of this designation. Just request a double room on arrival or call in advance, no need to worry if you require 2 beds and confused by the wording on the hotel’s website 🙂

Q: Are the hotel’s kid-friendly (<18 years old)?

A: Sunset is, but Pacifica is not.
- Children can stay at the Sunset and enjoy those amenities, but they will only be allowed at the Pacifica resort 30 minutes before to 30 minutes after each event held at that hotel (Welcome Party, Ceremony, Cocktail Hour). Out of respect for the hotel and other guests, parents should kindly ensure that their children do not stray from invited events or interrupt the ‘adult-only’ atmosphere the hotel has cultivated.

- We’d love our guests to come dressed in light neutral colors (white preferred!) to flip the script a bit before the big day 🙃

*Please do not wear flip flops at either event Thursday or Friday

Q: Will I need to walk in the sand?

A: The ceremony will be on the beach, but there will be a wooden walkway to guide you to your seats. The seats themselves will be in the sand, so the only sand-walking would be from the walkway to your seat. The rest of the event (and previous events) will not be on sand
